How to use

• Cleanse face.
• Remove one sheet from the jar with provided tweezers.
• Slightly stretch the sheet from side to side to create an oval shape.
• Place evenly over nose and wait 15 minutes.
• Remove the sheet, and you will see blackheads at the surface of your nose.
• Use a clean cotton swab to wipe these away.
• Rinse off with lukewarm water.
• Use anywhere on face or body that is prone to blackheads and sebum.
